We will have the second Home Appliance Open Innovation Symposium on December 16. The first session was held on December 18 of last year.
At last year’s symposium, we introduced the future and issues of cyber society as predicted by the Keio University Cyber Civilization Research Center promoted by the Keio University; the ECHONET Consortium also gave a presentation on its efforts towards the new ECHONET 2.0 strategy to help create an IoT-based society and Society 5.0 by entering the energy, home security, and healthcare sectors.
At the second round to be held this year, we plan to present national initiatives towards Society 5.0, select problems that we must resolve to realize the ECHONET 2.0 vision strategy, and efforts towards that resolution during panel discussions.
