ENEX2020/Smart Energy Japan 2020 Exhibit Result Report
Consept
The ECHONET Consortium exhibited at ENEX2020 & Smart Energy Japan 2020, which was held from January 29 (Wed) to January 31 (Fri) at Tokyo Big Sight South Hall 1.2.
At the venue, we created a booth co-hosted with the Smart House Research Center, Kanagawa Institute of Technology (cosponsors: the Japan Federation of Housing Organizations and the Japan Electrical Manufacturers’ Association) to exhibit products and technologies together with eighteen member companies. We also offered a consultation session free of charge for obtaining ECHONET Lite and ECHONET Lite AIF certifications.
In addition, Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd. and pps-oita gave lectures, and 12 participating companies introduced the technology.

Seminar: “Let’s create IoT smart houses!”
On the last day of the exhibition (which started at 1:00 PM on February 31) at the seminar venue, Dr. Masao Isshiki, director of the Smart House Research Center, Kanagawa Institute of Technology gave a talk titled “Let’s create IoT smart houses!”． In addition, examples of initiatives from Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd. and pps-oita were introduced, as well as products and technologies of each company from ECHONET Consortium member companies exhibiting at the co-hosted exhibition booth.

On the first day of the exhibition, Hideki Makihara, Senior Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and other distinguished guests toured our co-hosted booth. Dr. Masao Isshiki, professor at Kanagawa Institute of Technology, welcomed the tour at the booth.
