Aiming to promote the widespread use of renewable energy through solar power generation, Nichicon has developed a single-function energy storage system that, when installed alongside an existing solar power generation system, enables solar power generated at a customer’s home to be stored in a storage battery, and is equipped with a “reverse flow function” that allows the power stored in the battery to be flowed back into the grid.
