The 26th Forum of the ECHONET Consortium was held at the Plaza Industry Ohta, Ohta-ku, Tokyo on 1st July 2011. More than 67 people participated from METI and related organizations as well as 24 Member Companies and exchanged technical information actively. Prof. Ogimoto, Institute of Industrial Science, the University of Tokyo, and Mr. Asari, the Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry, made invited speeches on the METI project “Japan Next-generation Transmission and Distribution Systems Optimal Control Technologies Demonstration Project”.
For ECHONET Consortium activities, a research report of ConnectivityWeek (May, USA), newly revised ECHONET Specifications, etc. were introduced.
