We exhibited at CES 2022 held in Las Vegas, USA from January 5th to 7th, 2022 as an ECHONET Consortium.
At the booth, we installed two counters with the ECHONET Consortium logo, and the introduction video of the ECHONET Consortium repeatedly played on a notebook PC at one of the counters. A large display was placed on the other counter to display a demo system that controls storage batteries, air conditioners, etc. with ECHONET Lite, and explanations were given to visitors while operating. On the three walls of the booth, we displayed panels introducing ECHONET Lite, the shipping status of ECHONET Lite-equipped devices, and the introduction of ECHONET Lite Web API.
Thirty-six of the visitors were able to scan their participation certificates, including US kitchen appliance makers, UPS (postal), Ohio State University, Taiwanese and US smart home system vendors, Softbank, and real estate companies and so on. In addition, the nationalities were diverse, suitable for global exhibitions, such as the United States, Taiwan, Mexico, Canada, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and France. In addition to those who could scan the participation certificate, there were also those who brought only the pamphlet and those who looked at the panel.
