This is an innovative power conditioning system (PCS) for Electric Vehicles (EV) that can provide simultaneous use of EV, photovoltaic (PV) and grid power in a normal state, and cooperative operation with a PV-PCS during power outages. It enables feeding electric power up to 6kW from an EV to household appliances, and charging EV with electric power created by PV even during power outages.
