The 29th Forum of the ECHONET Consortium was held at Seavans, Minato-ku, Tokyo on 5th March, 2013. A total of 158 people participated, including from METI as well as 65 Member Companies and exchanged technical information actively.
Prof. Masao Isshiki of Kanagawa Institute of Technology, and Mr. Masao Ito, from the Telecommunication Technology Committee, made invited speeches. As ECHONET Consortium activities, a research report of IFA in Europe and CES in the USA, international standardization activities report, the Plug Fest report, activities report on cooperation with other organizations, and 6 technical speeches and 9 exhibitions by Members were introduced.
